Per wikipedia, ps is German for Pferdestärke,(literally horsepower). It also says it is about one metric horsepower.

THEY'RE DIFFERENT THINGS.
MW IS POWER.
KWh IS ENERGY
FIRSTABLE YOU KNOW POWER=ENERGY/TIME
IN THE OTHER HAND REMEMBER 1M=1000KW
SO 1MW=1000 KW/HOUR,
THAT MEANS 30MW=30,000 KW/HR,
IN OTHER WORDS 30 MW ARE 30,000 KW GENERATED (OR CONSUMPTED) IN AN HOUR.

I have a new model aircraft engine and I read in the instruction manual that the power output is 1,75 ps, I would like to know what ps unit means,
and how I could convert it to HP.

BTU is an energy unit, so you can't convert it to boiler horsepower directly. You have to take BTU/s or BTU/h instead.
1 bhp = 9.3038 BTU/s = 33,494 BTU/h
